Wonderful Human Beings to deal with

My husband and I have had a pull-down kitchen sink faucet made by this company for 13 years. It has served us well. They had already replaced the faucet head once previously, no charge, not because it was defective but because of hard-water damage. Recently we were experiencing the same problem again, so I called the company to order a new head–which I expected to pay for at this point. But no, not only did I reach a Real Human Being on the first try, but she assured me that they would send a replacement FREE OF CHARGE. They did this, and included the whole hose assembly plus 2 replacement screen gaskets! One thing I have learned over the years is that it’s always good news to hear a Southern accent on the other end of the phone 🙂

Great service and very polite

Called about the leaking swivel joint on my Tuscany Jostle kitchen faucet. Had a new part in the time it took for shipping, about a week. No problem with that. Replacement hose arrived and it was about 14″ shorter that the original. Called to report this and also that the spray head is leaking around the perimiter of the nozzle. A new hose and spray head are on the way. Again, great support! 🙂

Awesome customer support

Sitting at the Dining room table we noticed our Faucet leaking. Mind you the Faucet is not new by no means. Anyway We called up “Compass Manufacturing International” told them what was going on. And they sent us a Brand New Control valve eg. Cartridge. And also a brand new Control module. Needless to say that fixed our leak. I just wanted to shout out to Compass Manufacturing International for their Awesome customer service. I’m/ We are impressed with the response time and friendly phone call to solve our problem

Replacement part

I contacted Ron Robey to discuss a flow issue with the spray head on my daughter’s faucet. We discussed the issue and Ron advised that the faucet needed a new spray head due to a suspected clogging issue. The new spray head was shipped pre-paid and free of charge and was received within the week. The new spray head resolved the issue. Ton was especially helpful in resolving the issue quickly.

Technical service team got me the replacement parts I needed

I have a Tuscany bridge model kitchen faucet installed at a cabin in Northern Minnesota. We had an episode where pipes froze causing damage this winter. Part of that damage included a cracked fitting on the faucet. I contacted CMI through Menards, where I had bought the faucet, and the technical service person helped me speedily. Identify the necessary parts and get them on order. A week later, I am back up and running!

Good service

I called 3/26/26 and waited but, got switched and left a message. No call back. I called again 3/27/26 talked to a very helpful guy. He fixed me up told me it would be here in 7-10 days. That was Friday I received the part on Wednesday 4/1/26. I put it in a couple of days later, it worked perfectly. Excellent service after the first glitch, which seems to be hard to come by anymore. Personable real live help gets the problem done much faster with a better outcome. Thank you!

Painless replacement service

Had a faucet head malfunction after a couple years of use (Tuscany model from sink set at Menards). Contacted CMI to see if it was covered under warranty and got a reply within minutes, then had the replacement part on the way within the hour. Received it this afternoon – got here in 4 business days, projected 3-5 – screwed it on and it works just as it did before the issue. They handled my problem quickly and made things easy on my end. This level of customer service will definitely make me a return customer for future products needed.

Speedy Replacement

We had replaced our kitchen sink and faucet in 2018. Just recently the flow strength had got very weak and was pulsating. Called and spoke to a young man and explained the problem and requested a replacement nozzle. He took my name and address and the part number required and said he would send it right out. That was on Thursday. Today is Monday just 5 days later and it was in my mail. Installed it immediately and it is like new again. Thank you for the excellent service.

RO faucet replacement part

We have been using our RO faucet for 3 years with no problems at all. About a month ago one of our 2 faucets started dripping so I called customer service and they said they would send out a replacement cartridge. Received replacement cartridge in 4 days and installed the new one per directions sent with part. It has stopped dripping and looks and works great. Thanks for the lifetime warranty Compass. Ours is a Plumbworks brand from Menards

Warranty

Talked to customer service about leaking faucet and they said that it would need new cartridge. Shipped 2 out and received in about 10 days. No charge, great service!

Brand new faucet that had a slow drip

I called the service department and told them we just installed this new faucet and on the cold side we had a slow drip . He asked me a few questions and said he would send the part out out I should have if in about 5 days. We got the part and it works great. No more dripping. Thanks you so very much. Was great to deal with someone that was so knowledgeable.

CMI has been the absolute best. We have reached out to them a few times over the years for support on our kitchen sink faucet and they go over, above, and beyond to give you all the parts you need and then some for free and free shipping with great customer service. Best warranty service anywhere

My faucet handle broke after 11 years of use. I sent CMI an email at 11:30 Thursday night and had a reply by 7:45 am Friday morning of what information they needed to replace the part. I sent them the info and the part showed up the next week. It was well-wrapped and protected from damage during shipping. No hassle, no fuss, no arguments about when or if I had bought the faucet- just great customer service.

Unbelievable Customer Service

I recently had a shower installed, however after plumbing and purchasing the shower head and faucet the installer walked away from the job before tiling and installing the faucet and shower head. I hired someone else to finish the tiling and installing the faucet and shower head only to find out the faucet handle was missing from the faucet box. So I had the shower tiled, shower head and faucet installed but no faucet handle. To make a long story short I was able to find CMI’s customer service phone number and was able to talk to the parts department and explain the situation. I was told I could obtain a replacement Marianna faucet handle free of charge. I received the handle 5 days later. What a relief and what Great Customer Service. Thank you.

I have had two encounters with CMI, both with Jason.He knew exactly how to help my situation. ALL of his promises were fulfilled. I received my parts on the next day. I now have a working sink that does not leak and my wife is happy.
