After a few years, my pulldown kitchen faucet failed. I contacted customer service to order a replacement. It was quick and easy, dealing with the customer service rep.

I purchased a sink and faucet set in January. Last week the hose on the pull down faucet started to leak. I went to the store to get a replacement. They didn’t carry the part but encouraged me to reach out to Tuscany directly as it should be covered by warranty. I tried to call in multiple times without any success speaking with a live person. I then sent an email explaining the situation. That SAME DAY the person who responded had the parts shipped directly to my home. I received the parts and put them on and we have a working kitchen sink again! I cannot say enough good things about the service I received!!! Thank you!!

I bought a Tuscany Faucet for my rental property which was purchased from Lowes but was no longer in stock for a needed replacement of a handle and cartridge. We purchased a faucet with a side spray nozzle and had a local inspector who didn’t like it. In email correspondence with Jason Lopez of CMI we arrived at a great solution and Jason was quick to reply every time I had a question. After 5 tears our laundry faucet was not working. We phoned Compass Manufaturing International. The guy who answered our call was extemely polite and considerate. We explained our issue and he responded immediately with we wil send you a replacement faucet and hose. He explained the procedure to connect the part. Just a few days later the parts arrived and easily connected in minutes. Really great product and service. We will look for Compass Manufacturing Inernational on any new items we might need. Just really great service and products.
