We bought a CMI faucet a few years back and the head went bad. The lever that changes the water flow to spray was allowing both full flow and spray and wouldn’t stay in one position.
I gave them a call, and their representative was very helpful and said he would get one sent right out to us. NO CHARGE.
Great customer service and a great person representing their company. So thankful that we bought one of their faucets.
Would recommend this company to anyone that is in need of one of their products.
