I have a shower faucet that is several years old and I was having trouble with it. I called and talked to their customer service representative. I’m sorry that I cannot recall his name. He was very friendly, understanding and sent me all of the parts needed to fix my problem at no cost and I had them in a few days. This is great service. I won’t hesitate to use their product again.
