My faucet handle broke after 11 years of use. I sent CMI an email at 11:30 Thursday night and had a reply by 7:45 am Friday morning of what information they needed to replace the part. I sent them the info and the part showed up the next week. It was well-wrapped and protected from damage during shipping. No hassle, no fuss, no arguments about when or if I had bought the faucet- just great customer service.
