It’s tough to get a perfect score from me, but CMI came close. I contacted them on Monday morning. Because they were busy, I had no choice but to leave them a call back number. Shortly they did call back, I explained what part I needed and they were quick to place the order. At this point I would have given them a five star rating. By Thursday morning I had not received the order. I called and they told me the order had been shipped. Later that day, by regular U.S. mail I received the package. It took me ten minutes to install the new parts. Now, here is my only issue. I was without a kitchen faucet for three and a half days (in the grand scheme of things not such a big deal, until it’s you). I would have gladly paid for overnight shipping, but I failed to ask for it and they did not offer it. I would have given a four and a half star rating, but it was not available.
