We have been using our RO faucet for 3 years with no problems at all. About a month ago one of our 2 faucets started dripping so I called customer service and they said they would send out a replacement cartridge. Received replacement cartridge in 4 days and installed the new one per directions sent with part. It has stopped dripping and looks and works great. Thanks for the lifetime warranty Compass.
