Kitchen Faucet

This is a review on a Brookfield single handle pull-out kitchen faucet
I purchased this faucet in March of 2019. It worked well for about five years but the hose cover on the pull-out started to fray. And the pull-out itself was getting hard to pull out. The metal lining in the tube part that the hose was in broke on one side and was sharp which caused the fraying. I called customer service and they replaced the faucet. The gentleman I talked to was very helpful and easy to talk to. I am very grateful for the good service and fast delivery of the faucet. I would not purchase this model again and hope there is another kind of faucet that doesn’t strip the hose cover.

Tuscany Faucet
Great service you tell them what its doing and the sent the part. no question asked have had this faucet and looks as good as the day i got it

Great customer service
We’ve had a Tuscany kitchen faucet for 9 years. It started dripping recently so I contacted customer service and they sent me the replacement cartridge along with step by step instructions. It made the changeover process so easy. It’s not dripping anymore which makes me happy! Thank you for you’re help! Wonderful Customer Service.

Replacement Sprayer
Purchased my Tuscany faucet with a sprayer at Menards a few years ago. I needed a new sprayer but Menards did not have one that would work. Called the number for a replacement and ready to pay but to my surprise it was a lifetime replacement. Very kind & helpful customer service.

Water fill faucet
I was not expecting to receive a free cartridge replacement when I inquired. I was willing to purchase.
I was shocked and happy to see how awesome CMI is when they indicated a replacement will be sent within 5 days, and it was!!!

Great customer service
I needed a replacement stopper for my bathroom sink drain that started to peel. I emailed the company with a copy of my initial receipt and they promptly replied. I received the stopper AND the entire drain a few days later. Thank you for the GREAT customer service!!

Excellent customer service
My faucet button was stuck on spray and would “screech at me. I called 800 number on the box and the people on the other were great. He said I would get the part in 3 to 5 days and it would be just like changing a light bulb. He was true to his word!

Needed a new ball rod
Our bathroom sink drain ball rod tip had rusted and we could no longer control the stopper. I called in and the support person I spoke with was very helpful and promptly shipped a new ball rod, with an entire drain assembly, plus extra hot and cold buttons which we needed because the old ones fell out. I appreciate the friendly interaction and quick shipment of the needed parts.
