Service over and above what was expected

We have 2 of their faucets. I ordered cartridges for one, but they sent enough cartridges for both. It only took one email to get the parts ordered. Their response was instant. I never even talked to anyone. Shipping was fast. We would definitely consider using their faucets in the future.
