I have a single shower handle from your manufacturer. I wanted to replace the shower handle but I need to know the cartridge size first. Also if you have a recommendation on a new single shower handle. Thank you

Unfortunately, we can’t recommend a new single shower handle, as CMI doesn’t have those available for retail sales. However, if you are looking to replace your shower handle due to malfunctions with the product, your warranty may cover you for a new handle, free of charge! Contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.626.3525, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., to see if your warranty is eligible.
We also understand that you are looking for specific sizing information with your cartridge to fit a new shower handle onto it. Unfortunately, we don’t have that specific information available. The only information we currently have regarding the Cartridge (Type F) is the height (3” or 76mm) and width (1-9/16” or 40mm). However, after talking with our Product QC Manager he recommends taking the cartridge available to purchase at Menards (Model No.: 674-6264) and physically fitting it to the handles you like for purchase.
