I had an issue with my tub faucet that I had purchased and decided to contact the manufacture by way of email explaining that I had no cold water coming out of the faucet. I recieved a reply the same day that they were sending me a new faucet cartridge. Within three days I had the new cartridge with detailed instructions on how to change and adjust the new cartridge. I have contacted the technical support in the past and always had someone who knows what they are doing walk me through what to do and make the adjustments needed. I highly recommend this brand for their service as they have always gone above and beyond. I will always purchase their brand for all future products.
