I recently had a soap dispenser bottle break (broken screw collar on the bottle). It was just a bottle, so I thought I could go to the hardware store and get a replacement for a couple bucks. I talked to a manager where I bought it but none of the ones they had in stock worked. I was able to work with her (Katlyn) to give her the information from the soap dispenser and in turn, she put me in contact with Jason. He got the information and sent me a replacement part. I expected a plastic bottle but much to my surprise, I received the entire soap dispenser with a bottle as well. Now that is above and beyond, great customer service! I can’t remember when I have received from a company, such support! Thank you very much! I wish all companies treated customers like this.
