We purchased a faucet with a side spray nozzle and had a local inspector who didn’t like it. In email correspondence with Jason Lopez of CMI we arrived at a great solution and Jason was quick to reply every time I had a question. He shipped a small part out to me quickly and my problem with the local inspector has been “put to bed”! Jason is a great representative and everything a customer service representative should be!
