I bought a brand new 190.00 faucet, hooked it up to have it leak and pulsate. Instruction booklet said don’t return it, call first. We called they sent a new part, here it was missing the screen. It works fine now, but it would have been great if it didn’t leak in the first place and came with all the parts.
