I purchased a sink faucet in April 2025 and am very happy with it. Last week the stopper assembly no longer worked. I emailed CMI support with the details about the purchase and stopper. I received an email response immediately, and a new stopper assembly in the mail in less than a week. The repair was very simple and my sink faucet and stopper work perfectly.
