I purchased a Tuscany Wing Handle Laundry Tub Faucet from Menards and installed it on my utility sink. Unfortunately, the Backflow preventer did not let the water flow properly when using the faucet without a hose attached. With one brief phone call to the number indicated on the installation instructions, the problem was explained and a new preventer was mailed to me. It works beautifully, so I endorse not only the product, but the quick and pleasant after sale service.Couldn’t ask for more!
