A few weeks after installation of this Ridgehill faucet into our new sink we experienced a failure of the Quick Connect Assembly in that Port A’s black quick connect clip did not securely fasten to the faucet line. When turning on the water the assembly popped off of the line, resulting in a mess under our sink. Numerous attempts to ensure a positive ‘Click’ when reinserting the assembly onto the faucet line resulted in the same issue. Even after using the blade of a screwdriver to seat the black clip in the line’s recesses to ensure a positive mate, the assembly was easily pulled off of the supply line. I contacted Support (via previous email contact) and Jason Lopez immediately responded with an order # and a couple of days later we received 3 new assemblies and excellent instructions with which to correct our problem. My wife and I are quite grateful for the immediate response to our issue and since putting on a new assembly we have had no problems with the faucet. Communication and response times were absolutely impeccable. I thank you very much!
