We had replaced our kitchen sink and faucet in 2018. Just recently the flow strength had got very weak and was pulsating. Called and spoke to a young man and explained the problem and requested a replacement nozzle. He took my name and address and the part number required and said he would send it right out. That was on Thursday. Today is Monday just 5 days later and it was in my mail. Installed it immediately and it is like new again. Thank you for the excellent service.
