My husband and I have had a pull-down kitchen sink faucet made by this company for 13 years. It has served us well. They had already replaced the faucet head once previously, no charge, not because it was defective but because of hard-water damage. Recently we were experiencing the same problem again, so I called the company to order a new head–which I expected to pay for at this point. But no, not only did I reach a Real Human Being on the first try, but she assured me that they would send a replacement FREE OF CHARGE. They did this, and included the whole hose assembly plus 2 replacement screen gaskets! One thing I have learned over the years is that it’s always good news to hear a Southern accent on the other end of the phone 🙂
