I had an issue with my tub faucet that I had purchased and decided to contact the manufacture by way of email explaining that I had no cold water coming out of the faucet. I recieved a reply the same day that they were sending me a new faucet cartridge. Within three days I had the new cartridge with detailed instructions on how to change and adjust the new cartridge. I have contacted the technical support in the past and always had someone who knows what they are doing walk me through what to do and make the adjustments needed. I highly recommend this brand for their service as they have always gone above and beyond. I will always purchase their brand for all future products.

Cartridge replacement
I had a dripping faucet and called for help, the technician said to try and clean but after 2 try’s it still dripped so I called back and he understood my issue and immediately said we need to replace the cartridge and sent it out. I put it in and it solved the issue. Great customer service and support!!!

Best Warranty
I bought a drinking water faucet 7 years ago. There is wear and tear on the O rings of the spout. When I tried to take the spout off, I accidentally cracked the spout. I contacted Compass Manufacturing International (CMI) to find the part number and want to purchase a new spout. CMI instead of selling me a spout, they ship me a new one under warranty. Their service is above and beyond my expectation. From now on, the Tuscany Line products sell at Menards will be my number one choose for my household products.

Excellent and prompt service
They replaced our faucet spray head without any questions. We received the replacement within 4 days of my calling them. It works like a charm again!

Leaky new faucet
I bought a brand new 190.00 faucet, hooked it up to have it leak and pulsate. Instruction booklet said don’t return it, call first. We called they sent a new part, here it was missing the screen. It works fine now, but it would have been great if it didn’t leak in the first place and came with all the parts.

One of the best customer services I have dealt with.
I recently purchased a TUSCANY two handled kitchen faucet . After installing it, I tried to use the sprayer and had a hard time pushing the button . It felt as if it was going to break, so I contacted customer service and after an immediate response to my email they sent me a replacement sprayer and it works great.

Great company
We had a leaking faucet in the kitchen my husband spoke to our plumber who informed us the the leaking head of the faucet was guaranteed for life. Thankfully I had kept the receipt. I emailed CMI and the response was nearly immediate stating the part we needed was in the mail! What great customer service with no questions asked!
