Product identification
You have such a great product. I have 4 of your water closets and they flush great. Your faucets are high quality but there is one thing I wish you would do. For example, Delta and Moen both put there names on each faucet. As a plumbing wholesaler this is a tremendous help when it comes to repair and it helps the end user to know where to go for parts.

Problem solved!
Had an issue with a faucet me and wife purchased. I reached out to one of the reps name Ron, he asked a few questions and told me he was sending me a new part (faucet) in the mail. This is truly what I call customer service.

Quick and easy
Had problem with aerator in bathroom faucet. Called, connected quickly, explained problem, got replacement ordered. That simple. Came 4 days later. Problem solved! Contact person was friendly and understood issue.

replace faucet
After hot water heater was installed, we had a problem with the kitchen faucet. Faucet was sent to us and the Hero guy installed it. Everything went smoothly. thanks

Excellent customer service
I received prompt and courteous assistance with questions about a Tuscany tub and shower faucet. Jason was thorough as to what and why two installation requirements existed.

Tuscany Marianna Elite One Handle Shower Only Faucet
I just spoke with Jason. I had some questions about the shower mixing valve. The water was just lukewarm warm and I needed to remedy this issue. Jason was very knowledgeable and explained exactly how I could fix it.

CMI has been a partner of ours since before 2018. We love the product and service we receive from them on our Multi-Family projects. Its a quality product with a great warranty for a very affordable price. We use both kitchen and bath products along with bathroom accessories. We have been long time users of their NOBLE line and more recently started using their Dillenger series and we are very happy with the product.

Missing part
The product I bought was missing a piece, so I emailed the company and within 1 hour they got back to me and said the part was shipped. That’s what I want in a company. Rapid response time and no questions about the part that I needed. Super helpful in every way possible
