Replace Sprayer
The hose on our faucet sprayer split and required replacement. The representative was very helpful and efficient in getting a replacement sent out. It arrived sooner than indicated and fixed the problem at no cost to us. Thanks!

Went well!
My two seek old faucet developed a leak in the hose. I contacted customer service to inquire about getting a replacement. The young man I spoke to got my information and a new one came a week later!

Great customer service. Great faucet
We have a Jamesina bridge faucet that gets heavy daily use. Everyone who enters the kitchen loves the farmhouse look. We had a faulty cartridge and customer service was the best.

Great people to work with
Best help I have ever gotten from just a phone call. They were easy to understand, and they explained what I needed for parts, and how to install them, and sent the parts out that day.

Outstanding Customer Service
I called them up to get a replacement part for bathroom faucet. They asked who is and they knew the part and my details of where to send it. Got the part in 7 days and everything is great!!!
