Bought 2 bathroom faucets (Marianne Elite) to replace my old faucets. This was done in January 2025. The unit I put in my master bath started to leak last Saturday. I sent an email to product warranty and received a response first thing Monday that they were sending out new cartridges. Received them yesterday and replacement was a breeze. Full directions were included.

Purchased from Menards, went to get placement on 2 stoppers. Didn’t carry, but sales lady wrote down all info needed and gave us phone number to your company. The gentleman on phone was so nice, told him our problem and he said “ we can get you all fixed up”. He knew his job well made the transaction so easy. Sent out in a week and NO charge. Customer service was EXCELLENT, much appreciated working with company.

Called Menard’s, was directed to CMI. Did not have receipt but found tag on faucet mounting washer with part identification numbers. Called CMI and was greatly pleased with the handling of request for replacement parts at no charge. A rare “no hassle” experience. Parts received on time as promised. Excellent customer service. I needed a replacement cartridge for my faucet. Customer Service representative was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!! I received the replacement cartridge within a few days —- works like new!

I’ve had a few different parts go bad on my kitchen sink and the company has quickly sent out replacement parts free of charge after a simple phone call or email. Very happy with my purchase and that the company has held up its warranty guarantee every time.

Our kitchen faucet was not performing correctly and I called the 800 number of the paperwork that came with the faucet. They were extremely helpful and was able to send me a new faucet head. We received it in about 7-10 days and man what a difference. We now have great water pressure. Thank you for all your help! It is greatly appreciated.

Our handle button that changes the water flow from stream to a spray quit working after 10 years. They sent me a replacement. Works great again. Thank you. Great product great company great customer service.

Everything was great from the first phone call to the receipt of the item – great directions included! I appreciated that the directions told me to use plumbers grease which wasn’t in the original item directions.

Missing a part for a faucet (may have been lost by me!) Called for help-they sent me part I needed in 3 days! They said 7-10 days would be normal! Great service!

I had a problem with my bathtub handle–through the years the inside structure cracked making it useless for use—my first instinct was to visit the local big box stores in my area and that proved to be useless—-then I turned my search to find the manufacturer which was fairly easy—I was put in touch with CMI’s service/warranty tech by the name of Jason Lopez who was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for and he gave me the confirmation number and advised me that I would see the handle in 3 to 5 days—-I received it in 3—-what surprised me the most was that the service and pleasant interaction was the best I have seen in a long time—-keep up the good work and thanks for helping me out Ken Z

My faucet broke over the holidays. My plumber was out of town, so I was having to play a waiting game with no water.
I went out and bought a new faucet but to my surprise when I found my paperwork from the faucet I had I saw that it had a lifetime guarantee. I was sure I wouldn’t have what I needed to get what I needed? I made the call to the number on the warranty, and I had to leave my number, but they returned my call within the hour. I told them what I thought I needed and they offered that I might need another part as well. It was the extra part that I did need so I was very grateful that they were proactive. The man I spoke with couldn’t have been more helpful. My faucet is working fine now, and I was able to return to other faucet. I was thrilled to have such an easy transaction.

Called about Lifetime warranty on a leaking Tuscany faucet purchased at Menards. Gentleman asked for the SKU number and sent new cartridges with instructions the same day – no questions asked. Easy installation, faucet almost like new. Thanks!

Same day return call for a warranty claim on a leaking water spout after 10 years of use on hard water. Quickly identified replacement parts and accurately and quickly sent over the holiday season. Helpful instructions on replacement also included with parts.

Shower head leaking at pivot joint. Called customer service and he promptly sent me a new one since it was still under warranty.
