Painless replacement process
I’ve had a few different parts go bad on my kitchen sink and the company has quickly sent out replacement parts free of charge after a simple phone call or email. Very happy with my purchase and that the company has held up its warranty guarantee every time.
Receipt of a replacement faucet head
Our kitchen faucet was not performing correctly and I called the 800 number of the paperwork that came with the faucet. They were extremely helpful and was able to send me a new faucet head. We received it in about 7-10 days and man what a difference. We now have great water pressure. Thank you for all your help! It is greatly appreciated.
Handle teplacement
Our handle button that changes the water flow from stream to a spray quit working after 10 years. They sent me a replacement. Works great again. Thank you. Great product great company great customer service.
Great experience!
Everything was great from the first phone call to the receipt of the item – great directions included! I appreciated that the directions told me to use plumbers grease which wasn’t in the original item directions.

Broken handle
I called CMI to fine out where I could purchase parts for my faucet. Wow, to my surprise they sent one out in a few days free! The gentlemen I spoke too was super helpful and very nice. Other than having my last name spelt wrong {C not S} lol everything was great! Thanks’ Ron R.

I had a problem with my bathtub handle–through the years the inside structure cracked making it useless for use—my first instinct was to visit the local big box stores in my area and that proved to be useless—-then I turned my search to find the manufacturer which was fairly easy—I was put in touch with CMI’s service/warranty tech by the name of Jason Lopez who was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for and he gave me the confirmation number and advised me that I would see the handle in 3 to 5 days—-I received it in 3—-what surprised me the most was that the service and pleasant interaction was the best I have seen in a long time—-keep up the good work and thanks for helping me out Ken Z

Suprise, Surprise!!
My faucet broke over the holidays. My plumber was out of town, so I was having to play a waiting game with no water.
I went out and bought a new faucet but to my surprise when I found my paperwork from the faucet I had I saw that it had a lifetime guarantee. I was sure I wouldn’t have what I needed to get what I needed? I made the call to the number on the warranty, and I had to leave my number, but they returned my call within the hour. I told them what I thought I needed and they offered that I might need another part as well. It was the extra part that I did need so I was very grateful that they were proactive. The man I spoke with couldn’t have been more helpful. My faucet is working fine now, and I was able to return to other faucet. I was thrilled to have such an easy transaction.
Stood by Warranty
Called about Lifetime warranty on a leaking Tuscany faucet purchased at Menards. Gentleman asked for the SKU number and sent new cartridges with instructions the same day – no questions asked. Easy installation, faucet almost like new. Thanks!

Same day return call for a warranty claim on a leaking water spout after 10 years of use on hard water. Quickly identified replacement parts and accurately and quickly sent over the holiday season. Helpful instructions on replacement also included with parts.
Shower head leak
Shower head leaking at pivot joint. Called customer service and he promptly sent me a new one since it was still under warranty.

Excellent service every time!
I purchased a kitchen faucet 10 years ago. Over that time, I had to call for a replacement head twice and they shipped it out in no time. Each call took less than 5 minutes. Professional and pleasurable experience. Never a penny out of my pocket. This last time I called to troubleshoot a water pressure issue 2 days before Christmas. The technician gladly emailed me a solution and out of courtesy, sent me another replacement head, simply due to wear and tear. I will most definitely purchase products in the future from this manufacturer due to their excelmptional customer service!! Well done!!

Fantastic Service
We bought a Drinking water Faucet, when we remodeled our kitchen back in 2020, it started leaking a little from the spout gaskets, they supplied us with replacements as i was installing them the tube broke I emailed them that information and they sent out a new one to replace it. They stand by their products. no money involved, I am a very happy customer

Fantastic Service
The parts person was super friendly. Understood the issue I had and remedied it without even a flinch he knew what was going on. He took care of the issue and it was perfect. I got my part couple days later and I’m very happy. The issue was a split hose. I think your hoses need to be a little bit more limber.

Replace Sprayer
