Single Handle Bathroom Faucet Cartridge Replacement
Upon receiving our new bathroom faucet we found there was a leak in the cartridge in the faucet. We contacted Compass Manufacturing and spoke to Jason. Jason went over the issue and had a replacement cartridge in the mail the same day. We received ithe part in two days and had the faucet was working. They provided excellent service and were very efficient. The quality of the product is very good. We also purchased a new kitchen faucet and two other bathroom faucets. We would highly recommend their products.

Product parts order
I ordered the color dots for hot and cold. They arrived quickly and I wasn’t charged for them. Jason L answered my email promptly.

Leaking sprayer still under warranty
I called the toll free number looking for a replacement hose and sprayer due to a leak. I had the sku number and model number, couldn’t believe it when I was told the parts were under warranty and they would send me the parts for free. Received the parts in 3 days. Bought the faucet in 2018.

needed a new tub spout
Your customer service is great. I just wish your products wouldn’t wear out so much. I have had to fix my sink sprayer three times and replace the tub spout times in seven years.

Tuscany, bathroom faucet.
I love my Tuscany faucet, but when it started leaking, I called customer service and was quickly sent out a replacement cartridge. I’m back up and running and would recommend their products to anyone.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking. I explained what it was doing and promptly received the correct parts along with detailed instructions for the cartridge and o-ring replacement. Quick parts replacement!
The side sprayer started to leak. I called the service dept, and they had a new replacement in my hand within 4 days. Awesome service.
