I called with a leaking sprayer on my kitchen faucet and was very impressed with the outcome. Without any hesitation the representative said a replacement will be in the mail at no charge. I received the replacement in a week and it is working perfectly again. Before I called, I mentioned to my wife that we might have to replace the faucet and she said that she really liked the Jamesina faucet and wanted to keep it if at all possible. I found my brochure on the faucet and it stated a lifetime warranty, so I decided to call. And to my surprise the warranty was honored without any problem. Thank you so much.

I requested cartridges, nuts to hold in the cartridges, and an Allen wrench. Everything came quickly and replaced the worn parts. So far no dripping. And I am happy.

I had saved the receipt and all that came with the faucet we bought back in 2022. Just recently it started to leak. I got the installation manual out and seen it had a limited lifetime warranty. Thinking yeah right I did e-mail CMI and received a reply within hours. Told them what I thought we needed and it was in the mail that day. Received it in about 5 days with complete instructions. No more leaking and enjoying the faucet. This all seems unheard of these days but we received excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

I talked to customer service representative from your company, and he was great he sent me a Brazed Underbody, hot water cartridge and a hot inlet hose for my Marianna Double Handle Lavatory Faucet The gentleman was courteous, and he took care of me immediately. What a piece of ***t.
We bought this faucet at Menards just over three years ago.
Upon installation, the motion sensor did not work. Filed a complaint and over a year later the replacement system arrived. I never did replace it. The pull down spray nozzle would not stay in the faucet. I taped it so it would stay in the upright position.
Now, the hot water line is leaking. Ruined our counter cupboard and several items in the basement.
Pure JUNK.
We are shopping for a new system. Wife likes several Tuscany products, but I told her NO F’ing WAT.

We have several products from Jim and the group and when they say lifetime warranty, they actually mean it.
I just received a new head for my faucet and found that the new plumbing rules have changed and the one I received did not function as well as the last one. Relayed that information to Jim and he was able to diagnose the problem, offer solutions and gave me advice to talk to my city water department and plumber. The water pressure was way to high and he advised a pressure regulator be added, the plumber agreed, one was installed and I am sure that all of the plumbing in my house breathed a huge sigh of relief! Everything works better and all is well, and he was with me every inch of the way!

I called CMIs Customer Service Department on Tuesday 8/18/26 about the Spray Head, on my Single Handle High Arc Pull-down Kitchen Faucet, which has been malfunctioning. I spoke with Ron Robey. He was polite and knowledgeable about the product. He told me where to find my model # and helped me identify the finish. He said it would take 7 to 10 days business days before arriving in the mail. I was amazed when the part arrived in my mailbox on Saturday 8/22/26! That was 4 days!!!
I wish all companies followed their lead. It was a lifetime warranty, I didn’t even have to pay postage.

I have a Single Handle pull out Kitchen Faucet ( part 191-6576 chrome ) and was calling to see about ordering a new pull out hose, mine was getting all tore up from being pulled in and out.

Top notch customer support. 6 year old drinking water faucet started leaking. The cartridge was covered under the limited lifetime warranty. Only issue: I didn’t have my receipt anymore. No problem, they sent me a free cartridge anyway. With clear installation instructions and instructions on how to clean a cartridge. Definitely deserves a 5 star review

I had a problem with the sprayer on a Tuscany kitchen faucet and noticed the 800 number on the faucet under the sink. I called the number and talked to Jason and I was very impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. He sent me the parts to fix the problem right away. Today I replaced the parts and it went well, the problem is fixed. Good instructions, good parts, good customer service. I would definitely buy the Tuscany brand in the future if I was shopping for a faucet.
