Great bathroom faucet

In 2023, we remodeled our Master Bath from ceiling to floor, including a new vanity with a Model No. 6736311 Navassa faucet. We love this faucet as it’s easy to operate, clean and looks great in our bathroom. The installation was flawless and took vey little time. We have received many compliments from family and the few friends we allow back in the Master Bathroom. Of course, they ask where it was purchased and the price. Our response is easy – we bought it at Menard’s and, yes, the price was within our budget and looks great in our room. Our only goof was loosing the installation guide and the aerator wrench. I contacted CMI customer service April 22, 2025 and Jason responded to say that he sent out the wrench and two backup aerators for the faucet as we haven’t replaced the aerators since installation. Jason was awesome!

Replacement under warranty of faucet valve

We have a small bar faucet (Plumbing World Model 6737001) purchased and installed in 2018. It was dripping slightly at spout. After contacting the warranty service area for help I received a text from Jason Lopez the following morning with assurance that our faucet was covered. He continued to resolve the issue, send replacement parts, communicated through the entire process, and we received the parts within 9 days. It has been installed and faucet is working properly. Best service I have experienced, period!

Temperature regulation issue with Tuscany Marianna faucet

I contacted Tuscany regarding our inability to get warm enough water in our new shower faucet.

I received a reply the next day, with detailed instructions and an attached guide to adjust it for ourselves.

We were delighted with the new temperature range, and appreciate the quick, thorough, and detailed response.

Order parts for my kitchen sink faucet. Customer service is great here every time. I give them my model number and what parts i need or what problem i am having and within a few days i have my new parts to install.

Product identification

You have such a great product. I have 4 of your water closets and they flush great. Your faucets are high quality but there is one thing I wish you would do. For example, Delta and Moen both put there names on each faucet. As a plumbing wholesaler this is a tremendous help when it comes to repair and it helps the end user to know where to go for parts.

Had an issue with a faucet me and wife purchased. I reached out to one of the reps name Ron, he asked a few questions and told me he was sending me a new part (faucet) in the mail. This is truly what I call customer service.

Quick and easy

Had problem with aerator in bathroom faucet. Called, connected quickly, explained problem, got replacement ordered. That simple. Came 4 days later. Problem solved! Contact person was friendly and understood issue.
