Leaky new faucet
I bought a brand new 190.00 faucet, hooked it up to have it leak and pulsate. Instruction booklet said don’t return it, call first. We called they sent a new part, here it was missing the screen. It works fine now, but it would have been great if it didn’t leak in the first place and came with all the parts.

One of the best customer services I have dealt with.
I recently purchased a TUSCANY two handled kitchen faucet . After installing it, I tried to use the sprayer and had a hard time pushing the button . It felt as if it was going to break, so I contacted customer service and after an immediate response to my email they sent me a replacement sprayer and it works great.

Great company
We had a leaking faucet in the kitchen my husband spoke to our plumber who informed us the the leaking head of the faucet was guaranteed for life. Thankfully I had kept the receipt. I emailed CMI and the response was nearly immediate stating the part we needed was in the mail! What great customer service with no questions asked!

The product support is amazing

Amazing company!
I have one of there Kitchen faucets. I love it!!! But the nozzle kept dripping. So I called and left a message. They called right back! He asked what I had and I told him what was going on, I gave him the model number he said we have one and he would ship one out to me! I fully expected to pay for it! He said no charge and no shipping! I was so impressed with his friendliness, and experience!
And I talked to a real person!!!!
I will definitely purchase another one of there products again!!! And tell others to check out there products first when looking! So thank you again! You made my day🤗

Was missing small plug item from my newly installed Tuscany Shower head assembly. Reached out to warranty@cmiproducts.com. Reply from Jason was received less than 12 hours later. This all went down on a Thursday. Received items the following Monday. NICE WORK!!!

Ron with there parts dept was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about my kitchen faucet and the part I needed for repair. Excellent service from this company. He explained delivery time and location where the parts would be shipped from.
