The team member (so sorry I didn’t get your name) who returned my call was very professional with utmost resect.

My replacement part arrive with in a very short few days.

I am very pleased and impressed with not only the prompt service but also how the replacement part has made my whole Kitchen Faucets look band NEW.

Can’t Thank Compass Manufacturing and your employee enough. Service like this is hard to find these days.

GREAT JOB. We will buy from this company again as well as, tell all our family and friends.

I have a Tuscany Marianna Widespread Double Handle Lavatory Faucet that I purchased at Menard’s five or so years ago. It is very nice looking, but recently the water flow slowed considerably. An online search suggested that the aerator needed cleaned or replaced. We found the aerator wrench in my toolbox and removed the old aerator. Then, black stuff came out first and then clean a clear flow of water. Yeah! The problem was that none of the new aerators we saw at box stores or online would fit. Thankfully, we kept the Installation Guide and there was a telephone # for cmiproducts, which I called. The person I talked to was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He sent me a new aerator that works perfectly. Thank you cmiproducts. I only gave a 4-star rating because new aerators were not available at box store, particularly Menards. Had I not kept the installation guide, the problem would have been more difficult.

Leaky faucet

The faucet was leaking at the sprayer hose, I Jerry rigged it, plus it’s too big,I called they sent me a new one free of charge plus the hose was smaller which helped , installed the faucet and hose, everything works as it should, the person who answered was very helpful , even though it was two years old , I couldn’t ask for more .

We bought a Tuscany faucet at Menards a few years back because of its lifetime warranty. We have had a few issues and have spoken to Jason in the parts and service department a few times. He has been super helpful, knowledgeable and courteous~ making a frustrating problem so much easier to deal with, getting us the correct replacement part every time and in a very timely fashion! He truly goes above and beyond to give great service! Thankyou soo much!!

Excellent Support, Great Product!

I recently had a soap dispenser bottle break (broken screw collar on the bottle). It was just a bottle, so I thought I could go to the hardware store and get a replacement for a couple bucks. I talked to a manager where I bought it but none of the ones they had in stock worked. I was able to work with her (Katlyn) to give her the information from the soap dispenser and in turn, she put me in contact with Jason. He got the information and sent me a replacement part. I expected a plastic bottle but much to my surprise, I received the entire soap dispenser with a bottle as well. Now that is above and beyond, great customer service! I can’t remember when I have received from a company, such support! Thank you very much! I wish all companies treated customers like this.

Single Handle Bathroom Faucet Cartridge Replacement

Upon receiving our new bathroom faucet we found there was a leak in the cartridge in the faucet. We contacted Compass Manufacturing and spoke to Jason. Jason went over the issue and had a replacement cartridge in the mail the same day. We received ithe part in two days and had the faucet was working. They provided excellent service and were very efficient. The quality of the product is very good. We also purchased a new kitchen faucet and two other bathroom faucets. We would highly recommend their products.
