Replacement part

I contacted Ron Robey to discuss a flow issue with the spray head on my daughter’s faucet. We discussed the issue and Ron advised that the faucet needed a new spray head due to a suspected clogging issue. The new spray head was shipped pre-paid and free of charge and was received within the week. The new spray head resolved the issue. Ton was especially helpful in resolving the issue quickly.

Fast, easy, hassle free support everytime!

CMI has been the absolute best. We have reached out to them a few times over the years for support on our kitchen sink faucet and they go over, above, and beyond to give you all the parts you need and then some for free and free shipping with great customer service. We couldn’t find the receipt from Menards but CMI happily and easily honored our purchase anyway. With 7 children, our sink gets a lot of use as you can imagine. Great service and very polite

Called about the leaking swivel joint on my Tuscany Jostle kitchen faucet. Had a new part in the time it took for shipping, about a week. No problem with that. Replacement hose arrived and it was about 14″ shorter that the original. Called to report this and also that the spray head is leaking around the perimiter of the nozzle. A new hose and spray head are on the way. Again, great support! 🙂

Awesome customer support

Sitting at the Dining room table we noticed our Faucet leaking. Mind you the Faucet is not new by no means. Anyway We called up “Compass Manufacturing International” told them what was going on. And they sent us a Brand New Control valve eg. Cartridge. And also a brand new Control module. Needless to say that fixed our leak. I just wanted to shout out to Compass Manufacturing International for their Awesome customer service. I’m/ We are impressed with the response time and friendly phone call to solve our problem

Good service

I called 3/26/26 and waited but, got switched and left a message. No call back. I called again 3/27/26 talked to a very helpful guy. He fixed me up told me it would be here in 7-10 days. That was Friday I received the part on Wednesday 4/1/26. I put it in a couple of days later, it worked perfectly. Excellent service after the first glitch, which seems to be hard to come by anymore. Personable real live help gets the problem done much faster with a better outcome. Thank you!

Parts

Warranty

Talked to customer service about leaking faucet and they said that it would need new cartridge. Shipped 2 out and received in about 10 days. No charge, great service!

RO faucet replacement part

We have been using our RO faucet for 3 years with no problems at all. About a month ago one of our 2 faucets started dripping so I called customer service and they said they would send out a replacement cartridge. Received replacement cartridge in 4 days and installed the new one per directions sent with part. It has stopped dripping and looks and works great. Thanks for the lifetime warranty Compass. Ours is a Plumbworks brand from Menards

Brand new faucet that had a slow drip

I called the service department and told them we just installed this new faucet and on the cold side we had a slow drip . He asked me a few questions and said he would send the part out out I should have if in about 5 days. We got the part and it works great. No more dripping. Thanks you so very much. Best warranty service anywhere

My faucet handle broke after 11 years of use. I sent CMI an email at 11:30 Thursday night and had a reply by 7:45 am Friday morning of what information they needed to replace the part. I sent them the info and the part showed up the next week. It was well-wrapped and protected from damage during shipping. No hassle, no fuss, no arguments about when or if I had bought the faucet- just great customer service.

Ridgehill One-Handle Pull-Down Stainless Kitchen Faucet C5169SS

This faucet, sold through Menards under the Tuscany by Ridgehill brand, is apparently made by CMI. The faucet I purchased had a piece that was apparently welded on upside down. I emailed CMI on February 9, 2026. As of March 24th, there has been no response. A phone call to the phone number provided goes to Voicemail with no response. Since I don’t see Ridgehill listed as a brand on CMI’s site, they are apparently ashamed of this line they manufacture, and it makes you wonder if all of their brands and products are manufactured with such poor oversight and have such lack of responsiveness.

Great Service

Customer Service

Recently purchased a Model 6956WS Kitchen Faucet. The handle was leaking after installation. I called the customer service line, and the gentlemen was very friendly and helpful. Told me what part I needed for the repair, and got it shipped out. The part arrived quickly, including very detailed instructions on how to replace it, making the job very simple. My sink in back in operation! Thanks for all the help! Would definitely recommend them!

Quick, kind and professional!

Compass Manufacturing International is honestly top tier for how they handle their warranties. I had to reach out to them recently for a new cartridge assembly and they sent the entire part out for free without any issues. Most companies make you jump through hoops, but these guys actually stand behind their products and even covered the shipping costs. If you want a quality sink or faucet that you know will be supported years down the road, I highly recommend looking into their stuff at Menards.

Excellent company that stands behind their products

I bought a sink made by this company under the Tuscany brand at Menards several years ago It came with a lifetime warranty. This company has been amazing to work with anytime I have an issue with the sink I contact them and they promptly contact me back and send me whatever part I need for the sink free of charge including shipping. I have never dealt with another company that stands behind their products like this company. Ridgehill Faucet Faulty Part

A few weeks after installation of this Ridgehill faucet into our new sink we experienced a failure of the Quick Connect Assembly in that Port A’s black quick connect clip did not securely fasten to the faucet line. When turning on the water the assembly popped off of the line, resulting in a mess under our sink. Numerous attempts to ensure a positive ‘Click’ when reinserting the assembly onto the faucet line resulted in the same issue. Even after using the blade of a screwdriver to seat the black clip in the line’s recesses to ensure a positive mate, the assembly was easily pulled off of the supply line. I contacted Support (via previous email contact) and Jason Lopez immediately responded with an order # and a couple of days later we received 3 new assemblies and excellent instructions with which to correct our problem. My wife and I are quite grateful for the immediate response to our issue and since putting on a new assembly we have had no problems with the faucet. Communication and response times were absolutely impeccable. I thank you very much!
