I bought a sink made by this company under the Tuscany brand at Menards several years ago It came with a lifetime warranty. This company has been amazing to work with anytime I have an issue with the sink I contact them and they promptly contact me back and send me whatever part I need for the sink free of charge including shipping. I have never dealt with another company that stands behind their products like this company. A few weeks after installation of this Ridgehill faucet into our new sink we experienced a failure of the Quick Connect Assembly in that Port A’s black quick connect clip did not securely fasten to the faucet line. When turning on the water the assembly popped off of the line, resulting in a mess under our sink. Numerous attempts to ensure a positive ‘Click’ when reinserting the assembly onto the faucet line resulted in the same issue. Even after using the blade of a screwdriver to seat the black clip in the line’s recesses to ensure a positive mate, the assembly was easily pulled off of the supply line. I contacted Support (via previous email contact) and Jason Lopez immediately responded with an order # and a couple of days later we received 3 new assemblies and excellent instructions with which to correct our problem. My wife and I are quite grateful for the immediate response to our issue and since putting on a new assembly we have had no problems with the faucet. Communication and response times were absolutely impeccable. I thank you very much!

Had to call customer service for a replacement part. When I got the recording that I had to leave a message I became skeptical. Within a few minutes, they called me back and was quickly able to take care of what I needed. Great customer service and very quick to take care of me. Glad I purchased their products.

I was about to order a replacement faucet that got a leak. To my surprise, the faucet description online said it had a limited lifetime warranty and to contact CMI products. I emailed CMI letting them know my faucet had a leak. I got a a response the next day informing me they would be sending out a new faucet. I received it in just a few days. Now that is AWESOME customer service. Thank You!

The sprayer tube on my laundry room faucet broke at the connection to the water supply. I removed the faucet, located the CMI contact number taped inside and made a call. The person who answered (didn’t understand his name) asked for the SKU and found the part needed. He took my mailing address and I received replacement parts in five days at no charge. Fantastic service!

Called for help with a dripping faucet. Talked to Ron. He was very professional and did exactly what he said he would do. Received repair parts much sooner than anticipated. Could not be happier with CMI.

We have 2 of their faucets. I ordered cartridges for one, but they sent enough cartridges for both.
It only took one email to get the parts ordered. Their response was instant. I never even talked to anyone.
Shipping was fast. We would definitely consider using their faucets in the future.

I was very surprised when I was told the cartridge would be shipped no charge. We were told at Menards where we bought the faucet it would take about 2 weeks to get the cartridge. I am so glad I called Compass manufacturing . The gentleman I dealt with was great. Very helpful and friendly. If I need parts again I definitely will be calling.

Called for warranty replacement parts for a 2 year old item and had the most hassle free experience ever getting an item replaced or parts to repair. Phone conversion lasted 5 minutes and the item was delivered to my door within 4 days. Great 👍 job to all involved.

I bought a faucet for my bathtub and after installation it dripped. Within a few days it was running in a small steady stream. I emailed the company and explained just that. Within a week I not only received the part that I needed to remedy the situation, but TWO of that part. I had requested buying one; they sent me 2 for free! I really appreciated it!
