Replacement cartridge

I was very surprised when I was told the cartridge would be shipped no charge. We were told at Menards where we bought the faucet it would take about 2 weeks to get the cartridge. I am so glad I called Compass manufacturing . The gentleman I dealt with was great. Very helpful and friendly. If I need parts again I definitely will be calling.

Service over and above what was expected

We have 2 of their faucets. I ordered cartridges for one, but they sent enough cartridges for both.

It only took one email to get the parts ordered. Their response was instant. I never even talked to anyone.

Shipping was fast. We would definitely consider using their faucets in the future.

Excellent customer service

Called for warranty replacement parts for a 2 year old item and had the most hassle free experience ever getting an item replaced or parts to repair. Phone conversion lasted 5 minutes and the item was delivered to my door within 4 days. Great 👍 job to all involved.

I have a shower faucet that is several years old and I was having trouble with it. I called and talked to their customer service representative. I’m sorry that I cannot recall his name. He was very friendly, understanding and sent me all of the parts needed to fix my problem at no cost and I had them in a few days. This is great service. I won’t hesitate to use their product again. Thank you very much.

Faucet cartridge

Leaking cartridge on a drinking water faucet. Called customer service and within 10 minutes they had my information and the part was here the next week. Friendly and awesome customer service!!! Will have no problem using their products again.

Faucet Replacement Part

I bought a faucet for my bathtub and after installation it dripped. Within a few days it was running in a small steady stream. I emailed the company and explained just that. Within a week I not only received the part that I needed to remedy the situation, but TWO of that part. I had requested buying one; they sent me 2 for free! I really appreciated it! Awesome customer service!

We had a question regarding a failed part on our faucet and upon reaching out, we were provided prompt responses, were told how and where to get common replacement parts, and were sent the additional parts that were not available through the place of purchase. Great customer service team!

Great product support/service

Bought 2 bathroom faucets (Marianne Elite) to replace my old faucets. This was done in January 2025. The unit I put in my master bath started to leak last Saturday. I sent an email to product warranty and received a response first thing Monday that they were sending out new cartridges. Received them yesterday and replacement was a breeze. Full directions were included.

Very happy & impressed with this company.
