I bought a sink made by this company under the Tuscany brand at Menards several years ago It came with a lifetime warranty. This company has been amazing to work with anytime I have an issue with the sink I contact them and they promptly contact me back and send me whatever part I need for the sink free of charge including shipping. I have never dealt with another company that stands behind their products like this company. If you’re looking for a quality sink with a great warranty at an excellent price look no further than this company.

Service over and above what was expected
We have 2 of their faucets. I ordered cartridges for one, but they sent enough cartridges for both.
It only took one email to get the parts ordered. Their response was instant. I never even talked to anyone.
Shipping was fast. We would definitely consider using their faucets in the future.
Replacement cartridge
I was very surprised when I was told the cartridge would be shipped no charge. We were told at Menards where we bought the faucet it would take about 2 weeks to get the cartridge. I am so glad I called Compass manufacturing . The gentleman I dealt with was great. Very helpful and friendly. If I need parts again I definitely will be calling.

Called for warranty replacement parts for a 2 year old item and had the most hassle free experience ever getting an item replaced or parts to repair. Phone conversion lasted 5 minutes and the item was delivered to my door within 4 days. Great 👍 job to all involved.
Faucet Replacement Part
I bought a faucet for my bathtub and after installation it dripped. Within a few days it was running in a small steady stream. I emailed the company and explained just that. Within a week I not only received the part that I needed to remedy the situation, but TWO of that part. I had requested buying one; they sent me 2 for free! I really appreciated it! Awesome customer service!
Faucet cartridge
Leaking cartridge on a drinking water faucet. Called customer service and within 10 minutes they had my information and the part was here the next week. Friendly and awesome customer service!!! Will have no problem using their products again.

Great product support/service
Bought 2 bathroom faucets (Marianne Elite) to replace my old faucets. This was done in January 2025. The unit I put in my master bath started to leak last Saturday. I sent an email to product warranty and received a response first thing Monday that they were sending out new cartridges. Received them yesterday and replacement was a breeze. Full directions were included.

Replacement on two stoppers bathroom sinks
Purchased from Menards, went to get placement on 2 stoppers. Didn’t carry, but sales lady wrote down all info needed and gave us phone number to your company. The gentleman on phone was so nice, told him our problem and he said “ we can get you all fixed up”. He knew his job well made the transaction so easy. Sent out in a week and NO charge. Customer service was EXCELLENT, much appreciated working with company.
Tuscany faucet parts
Called Menard’s, was directed to CMI. Did not have receipt but found tag on faucet mounting washer with part identification numbers. Called CMI and was greatly pleased with the handling of request for replacement parts at no charge. A rare “no hassle” experience. Parts received on time as promised. Excellent customer service. I’ve had a few different parts go bad on my kitchen sink and the company has quickly sent out replacement parts free of charge after a simple phone call or email. Very happy with my purchase and that the company has held up its warranty guarantee every time.
Receipt of a replacement faucet head
Our kitchen faucet was not performing correctly and I called the 800 number of the paperwork that came with the faucet. They were extremely helpful and was able to send me a new faucet head. We received it in about 7-10 days and man what a difference. We now have great water pressure. Thank you for all your help! It is greatly appreciated.
Handle teplacement
Our handle button that changes the water flow from stream to a spray quit working after 10 years. They sent me a replacement. Works great again. Thank you. Great product great company great customer service.
