My drinking faucet was leaking and the spout had broke when I was trying to figure out where it was leaking. Emailed photo and receipt on Sunday, had a response Monday morning my new faucet was on the way. I really appreciate the convenience of emailing and not having to call someone during business hours. I had to leave a message for a call back which I detest, but the call back was prompt. The rep waited while I got the info off the faucet and then proceeded to send me every part I could possibly ever need in addition to the diverter which is what I called for. I just hip I put them where I can find them should I ever need them

We have had a couple of problems with our Tuscany kitchen faucet and I believe it was Jason who helped figure out the issue and nailed it right off the bat. He was very good to talk to and help us out. He was spot on and being from the service industry myself for over 40 years it was completely refreshing knowing that a company still takes pride in their customer service. I will always recommend this mfg. and its products based on their customer service and willingness to put the customer first which I am afraid is a lost art these days. Customer service these days is often poor, lacking, or difficult. When I receive really good customer service, it stands out like a Diamond! I have a laundry tub faucet from Menards and it developed a leak at the spray head / hose connection fitting. I called EMI and talked with Jason. I emailed CMI regarding the warranty of a leaky hose on a side sprayer for a faucet purchased from Menards several years ago. I included photos and model numbers in the email on Sunday. Monday morning I had a response saying they were sending out a replacement part at no charge. 3 days later I received the replacement part and had it installed within 10 minutes and now it’s working flawlessly. I had contacted your business in regards as to finding a part that I needed for my kitchen faucet. I was not sure what the part was called, when I spoke with the representative, he instructed me to send a pic of the part. I want to say how impressed I am with the customer service provided by Compass Manufacturing International. I contacted them after someone accidentally broke the push stopper in our bathroom sink. Instead of unscrewing it they pulled it off and broke the threaded part at the top of the plastic piece that screws into the drain. They responded the following morning and without me even asking they offered to send an entire complete drain assembly. I had a few questions and they responded quickly and courteously with each question. I especially want to mention Jason Lopez as he was the representative who made sure I had exactly what I needed and that I was a satisfied customer. This is exactly how customer service should be.

Our Sprayer went bad on our faucet. We called and the shipped on USPS. After 2 weeks we did not have it yet. I called actually went through messaging to contact about the issue. I quickly received a response showing it had been shipped but there was an issue with USPS. The person that helped me, (do not have name) sent not on but 2 replacements overnight UPS and I received them yesterday! Not having to call and wait on the line for help was awesome. I was amazed that it went so fast with the online chat. Top notch service!! I hope you can find the individual that responded to me and give them the praise that they deserve.

Dang had to leave a SECOND review here!! Warranty dept sent me out a new cartridge after my faucet began leaking (see below), and I wasn’t sure the new one had stopped the leak as was still seeing some seepage. We bought a CMI faucet a few years back and the head went bad. The lever that changes the water flow to spray was allowing both full flow and spray and wouldn’t stay in one position.
I gave them a call, and their representative was very helpful and said he would get one sent right out to us. NO CHARGE.
Great customer service and a great person representing their company. So thankful that we bought one of their faucets.
Would recommend this company to anyone that is in need of one of their products.

Needed a replacement type L cartridge for my drinking faucet at sink, which was purchased at Menards several months ago. Called CMI warranty department and they had a replacement cartridge out for me at no charge within four days. Popped it in and my drinking faucet at sink is no longer dripping. I contacted CMI product to get a replacement part for my kitchen faucet. The representative that I spoke with guided me with ease, since I really did not know what the item was called, I sent a few photos of what I needed. Once the photos were received, the rep contacted me right back, and he let me know what I needed. He then placed the order, sent me a text message on June 26th that I should receive my product within 5 to 7 business days. I received my product on July 1st. Have to say, the whole process was done with ease and the rep was awesome. If you need anything from this company, I would highly recommend them. Wish more companies were as helpful as they are.

Many years ago I purchased a Tuscany bathroom faucet from Menards . Recently I’ve noticed that the drain plug was looking rather worn. I decided to follow up with the noted warranty coverage. After several unsuccessful calls to Menards and the referred servicing company (who no longer was affiliated with them), I was referred to Compass . when speaking to Jason about my problem he made me aware that the faucet model I had was no longer being manufactured and that parts were unavailable. After describing the part I was looking for he thought he might have a solution . He said he would send it out at no charge. Several days later it arrived.
