We had a leaking faucet in the kitchen my husband spoke to our plumber who informed us the the leaking head of the faucet was guaranteed for life. Thankfully I had kept the receipt. I emailed CMI and the response was nearly immediate stating the part we needed was in the mail! What great customer service with no questions asked!

Amazing company!
I have one of there Kitchen faucets. I love it!!! But the nozzle kept dripping. So I called and left a message. They called right back! He asked what I had and I told him what was going on, I gave him the model number he said we have one and he would ship one out to me! I fully expected to pay for it! He said no charge and no shipping! I was so impressed with his friendliness, and experience!
And I talked to a real person!!!!
I will definitely purchase another one of there products again!!! And tell others to check out there products first when looking! So thank you again! You made my day🤗

Faucet Warranty
I purchased a sink and faucet set in January. Last week the hose on the pull down faucet started to leak. I went to the store to get a replacement. They didn’t carry the part but encouraged me to reach out to Tuscany directly as it should be covered by warranty. I tried to call in multiple times without any success speaking with a live person. I then sent an email explaining the situation. That SAME DAY the person who responded had the parts shipped directly to my home. I received the parts and put them on and we have a working kitchen sink again! I cannot say enough good things about the service I received!!! Thank you!!

Help with warranty issue
From the time I contacted the manufacturer until they have it resolved was less than 3 hours. Tuscany replacement aerator assembly
Wow!! I haven’t been able to find the correct replacement aerator assembly for 2 of my Tuscany bathroom faucets anywhere for over a year. I found out about CMI Priducts.& contacted them via email on a Thursday afternoon, and received the exact replacements the following Monday by mail!

Great Example of Customer Service
I bought a Tuscany Faucet for my rental property which was purchased from Lowes but was no longer in stock for a needed replacement of a handle and cartridge. But thankfully I found Compass Manufacturing (CMI), and was serviced by representative Jennifer Nash. Great Response and Products
After 5 tears our laundry faucet was not working. We phoned Compass Manufaturing International. The guy who answered our call was extemely polite and considerate. We explained our issue and he responded immediately with we wil send you a replacement faucet and hose. He explained the procedure to connect the part. Just a few days later the parts arrived and easily connected in minutes. Really great product and service. We will look for Compass Manufacturing Inernational on any new items we might need. Just really great service and products.

Honored Faucet Warranty – Product Support
I needed a replacement cartridge for a faucet I purchased in 2014. I was connected with Jason, who informed me that while the faucet is no longer in production, the cartridge was still available. I received the replacement parts within a week, along with clear instructions and the necessary Allen wrench for disassembly.
