Sent an email addressing a problem with my faucet. Received a response the next day indicating the required replacement parts would be sent out that day. Received the parts today and the faucet was fixed in ten minutes. Thanks a bunch for the great service.

Excellent response!!
Our kitchen faucet has a lifetime warranty. The aerator had broken and we needed a replacement. One phone call later; no hold time; spoke with a tech and was told the part would be shipped out and arrive in 3-5 days. Surprise! We received any entire new faucet head!! Husband unscrewed the old on and put the new one on. Works perfect. Very fast service. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and knowledgeable. The customer service is an example of how all companies should work.

Great Customer Service!
Called in looking for a faucet sprayer head and you found it and shipped immediately. It may have been Jason in the Parts Department that helped me. Anyways, thank you so much for replacing my part. It was a two second install and fit perfectly!

Drain malfunction
I called customer service at CMI and left a message about my drain not working properly. The service representative was very nice asked me my model number and name and address.
He than stated that my replacement parts would be mailed immediately.

Almost perfect
It’s tough to get a perfect score from me, but CMI came close. I contacted them on Monday morning. Because they were busy, I had no choice but to leave them a call back number. Shortly they did call back, I explained what part I needed and they were quick to place the order. At this point I would have given them a five star rating. By Thursday morning I had not received the order. I called and they told me the order had been shipped. Later that day, by regular U.S. mail I received the package. It took me ten minutes to install the new parts. Now, here is my only issue. I was without a kitchen faucet for three and a half days (in the grand scheme of things not such a big deal, until it’s you). I would have gladly paid for overnight shipping, but I failed to ask for it and they did not offer it. I would have given a four and a half star rating, but it was not available.

Outstanding Customer Service that stands behind their product
I purchased a sink faucet in April 2025 and am very happy with it. Last week the stopper assembly no longer worked. I emailed CMI support with the details about the purchase and stopper. I received an email response immediately, and a new stopper assembly in the mail in less than a week. The repair was very simple and my sink faucet and stopper work perfectly. Spayer Replacement
Recently had a problem with the sprayer on my faucet and it quit working suddenly. No water came out at all. I was prepared to go shopping for a new one but found the paperwork and receipt for my current one. I was surprised to see it was still warranty and called the number listed. After a short wait I spoke with a representative and explained the problem. He quickly took the information needed and a new sprayer was on it’s way that morning. Thank you to everyone involved getting the new sprayer so quickly and everything is now working like new again.

Replacement Part after many years.

Customer Service
I had an issue with my tub faucet that I had purchased and decided to contact the manufacture by way of email explaining that I had no cold water coming out of the faucet. I recieved a reply the same day that they were sending me a new faucet cartridge. Within three days I had the new cartridge with detailed instructions on how to change and adjust the new cartridge. I have contacted the technical support in the past and always had someone who knows what they are doing walk me through what to do and make the adjustments needed. I highly recommend this brand for their service as they have always gone above and beyond. I will always purchase their brand for all future products.

Cartridge replacement
I had a dripping faucet and called for help, the technician said to try and clean but after 2 try’s it still dripped so I called back and he understood my issue and immediately said we need to replace the cartridge and sent it out. I put it in and it solved the issue. Great customer service and support!!!

Best Warranty
I bought a drinking water faucet 7 years ago. There is wear and tear on the O rings of the spout. When I tried to take the spout off, I accidentally cracked the spout. I contacted Compass Manufacturing International (CMI) to find the part number and want to purchase a new spout. CMI instead of selling me a spout, they ship me a new one under warranty. Their service is above and beyond my expectation. From now on, the Tuscany Line products sell at Menards will be my number one choose for my household products.

Leaky new faucet
I bought a brand new 190.00 faucet, hooked it up to have it leak and pulsate. Instruction booklet said don’t return it, call first. We called they sent a new part, here it was missing the screen. It works fine now, but it would have been great if it didn’t leak in the first place and came with all the parts.

One of the best customer services I have dealt with.
I recently purchased a TUSCANY two handled kitchen faucet . After installing it, I tried to use the sprayer and had a hard time pushing the button . It felt as if it was going to break, so I contacted customer service and after an immediate response to my email they sent me a replacement sprayer and it works great.
