Great service and very polite

Called about the leaking swivel joint on my Tuscany Jostle kitchen faucet. Had a new part in the time it took for shipping, about a week. No problem with that. Replacement hose arrived and it was about 14″ shorter that the original. Called to report this and also that the spray head is leaking around
