I contacted CMI product to get a replacement part for my kitchen faucet. The representative that I spoke with guided me with ease, since I really did not know what the item was called, I sent a few photos of what I needed. Once the photos were received, the rep contacted me right back, and he let me know what I needed. He then placed the order, sent me a text message on June 26th that I should receive my product within 5 to 7 business days. I received my product on July 1st. Have to say, the whole process was done with ease and the rep was awesome. If you need anything from this company, I would highly recommend them. Wish more companies were as helpful as they are.
