We bought a Tuscany faucet at Menards a few years back because of its lifetime warranty. We have had a few issues and have spoken to Jason in the parts and service department a few times. He has been super helpful, knowledgeable and courteous~ making a frustrating problem so much easier to deal with, getting us the correct replacement part every time and in a very timely fashion!
