I bought a new drinking faucet and it leaked. I called and they sent me a new faucet. Fast delivery. Very nice and polite people to work with. I would definitely call them again if I need help. I appreciate a company that stands behind there products.

Upon receiving our new bathroom faucet we found there was a leak in the cartridge in the faucet. We contacted Compass Manufacturing and spoke to Jason. Jason went over the issue and had a replacement cartridge in the mail the same day. We received ithe part in two days and had the faucet was working. They provided excellent service and were very efficient. The quality of the product is very good. We also purchased a new kitchen faucet and two other bathroom faucets. We would highly recommend their products.

I called the toll free number looking for a replacement hose and sprayer due to a leak. I had the sku number and model number, couldn’t believe it when I was told the parts were under warranty and they would send me the parts for free. Received the parts in 3 days. Bought the faucet in 2018.

Your customer service is great. I just wish your products wouldn’t wear out so much. I have had to fix my sink sprayer three times and replace the tub spout times in seven years.

I love my Tuscany faucet, but when it started leaking, I called customer service and was quickly sent out a replacement cartridge. I’m back up and running and would recommend their products to anyone.

Called Compass to order warranty part for vessel Faucet for my master bath. Was impressed that a actual person answered my call and was very pleasant to talk with. Long story short part was sent took about 3 days to get. Leak is fixed wife is Happy. I will use them again !!! Thanks Jim

Most places are always telling you why you are not covered under warranty. This was a totally different experience. Jason was wonderful to deal with. I could not believe that the part I needed was covered under warranty. The part came quickly also. I will definitely call again if I need another part for my faucet
