I installed their new tub fixture kit and broke a piece of the downspout while installing it. A two minute phone call later, and they sent out a replacement part free of charge.

Had a problem with the shower head not getting hot enough hot water. Called the company, and a real person answered the phone, she transfer me to
Jason, and Jason had the problem the problem taken care of in less than 5 minutes.

We purchased a Faucet from this company and had it several years. The handle started slowly creeping down to where water would come on. I called the company to see what part I needed and it was a cartridge that had worn over time and the guy I talked to was very nice and very helpful. He sent me out the part I needed and my husband said this morning with the way they have been we will always buy their products from now on. I told the guy I talked to they had a great company. I called to order a new kitchen faucet head and to my surprise they said there was no charge, the faucet head was warranty. I received the new faucet head a few days later. Great service and no extra effort required. Thank you!

I purchased a set of Tuscany faucets and the push style stopper was broken I emailed on a Saturday afternoon and received a response first thing Monday morning ! The Tuscany Jensen kitchen sink faucet was an affordable option that has been a workhorse for the last four years. The mechanism that flips the water to spray-mode started to periodically malfunction. I emailed CMI, they responded quickly, and sent me a new sprayer head. It was easy to install and it works great. Unfortunately, we can’t recommend a new single shower handle, as CMI doesn’t have those available for retail sales. However, if you are looking to replace your shower handle due to malfunctions with the product, your warranty may cover you for a new handle, free of charge! Contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.626.3525, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., to see if your warranty is eligible.

We also understand that you are looking for specific sizing information with your cartridge to fit a new shower handle onto it. Unfortunately, we don’t have that specific information available. The only information we currently have regarding the Cartridge (Type F) is the height (3” or 76mm) and width (1-9/16” or 40mm). However, after talking with our Product QC Manager he recommends taking the cartridge available to purchase at Menards (Model No.: 674-6264) and physically fitting it to the handles you like for purchase.
