I called CMI they knew right away what the problem was. Sent me a new cartridge with instructions in a few days. Easy to replace no more leak.

The drinking water faucet we purchased is a very nice design. Every few years, it would start leaking, so we called the company and found out we just need to take the cartridge out and clean it once a year. When we called, the person was very patient and explained how to clean it. We did and it worked perfectly. They still sent another cartridge just in case.

Purchase new faucet for new install bathroom vanity, after installation and a few hours it still had a minor drip called the company the following day you all resolved it with very professional efficient and expedited through the mail. The reassurance was comforting being stated by the sales rep that if anything else arises or if I need anything in any given point to reach out and contact them, thank you very much it’s nice to hear in these economic times. I purchased a Tuscany Wing Handle Laundry Tub Faucet from Menards and installed it on my utility sink. Unfortunately, the Backflow preventer did not let the water flow properly when using the faucet without a hose attached. With one brief phone call to the number indicated on the installation instructions, the problem was explained and a new preventer was mailed to me. It works beautifully, so I endorse not only the product, but the quick and pleasant after sale service.Couldn’t ask for more!

The drinking water faucet is nice looking and works great, however, our professional plumber ruined the gasket with the adapter with his slipshod workmanship. I purchased this faucet in March of 2019. It worked well for about five years but the hose cover on the pull-out started to fray. And the pull-out itself was getting hard to pull out. The metal lining in the tube part that the hose was in broke on one side and was sharp which caused the fraying. I called customer service and they replaced the faucet. The gentleman I talked to was very helpful and easy to talk to. I am very grateful for the good service and fast delivery of the faucet. I would not purchase this model again and hope there is another kind of faucet that doesn’t strip the hose cover.

We’ve had a Tuscany kitchen faucet for 9 years. It started dripping recently so I contacted customer service and they sent me the replacement cartridge along with step by step instructions. Purchased my Tuscany faucet with a sprayer at Menards a few years ago. I needed a new sprayer but Menards did not have one that would work. Called the number for a replacement and ready to pay but to my surprise it was a lifetime replacement. Very kind & helpful customer service.
