The best customer service I have had in many years!!! The faucet is 5+ years old and I was sent replacement parts without any hassles. Thank you for this great service.

I purchased a kitchen faucet 10 years ago. Over that time, I had to call for a replacement head twice and they shipped it out in no time. Each call took less than 5 minutes. Professional and pleasurable experience. Never a penny out of my pocket. This last time I called to troubleshoot a water pressure issue 2 days before Christmas. The technician gladly emailed me a solution and out of courtesy, sent me another replacement head, simply due to wear and tear. I will most definitely purchase products in the future from this manufacturer due to their excelmptional customer service!! Well done!!

We bought a Drinking water Faucet, when we remodeled our kitchen back in 2020, it started leaking a little from the spout gaskets, they supplied us with replacements as i was installing them the tube broke I emailed them that information and they sent out a new one to replace it. They stand by their products. no money involved, I am a very happy customer

The parts person was super friendly. Understood the issue I had and remedied it without even a flinch he knew what was going on. He took care of the issue and it was perfect. I got my part couple days later and I’m very happy. The issue was a split hose. I think your hoses need to be a little bit more limber.

The hose on our faucet sprayer split and required replacement. The representative was very helpful and efficient in getting a replacement sent out. It arrived sooner than indicated and fixed the problem at no cost to us. Thanks!

My two seek old faucet developed a leak in the hose. I contacted customer service to inquire about getting a replacement. The young man I spoke to got my information and a new one came a week later!

The faucet was leaking at the sprayer hose, I Jerry rigged it, plus it’s too big,I called they sent me a new one free of charge plus the hose was smaller which helped , installed the faucet and hose, everything works as it should, the person who answered was very helpful , even though it was two years old , I couldn’t ask for more .

We bought a Tuscany faucet at Menards a few years back because of its lifetime warranty. We have had a few issues and have spoken to Jason in the parts and service department a few times. I recently had a soap dispenser bottle break (broken screw collar on the bottle). It was just a bottle, so I thought I could go to the hardware store and get a replacement for a couple bucks. I talked to a manager where I bought it but none of the ones they had in stock worked. I was able to work with her (Katlyn) to give her the information from the soap dispenser and in turn, she put me in contact with Jason. He got the information and sent me a replacement part. I expected a plastic bottle but much to my surprise, I received the entire soap dispenser with a bottle as well. Now that is above and beyond, great customer service! I can’t remember when I have received from a company, such support! Thank you very much! I wish all companies treated customers like this.
