Wow!! I haven’t been able to find the correct replacement aerator assembly for 2 of my Tuscany bathroom faucets anywhere for over a year. I found out about CMI Priducts.& contacted them via email on a Thursday afternoon, and received the exact replacements the following Monday by mail!

After 5 tears our laundry faucet was not working. We phoned Compass Manufaturing International. The guy who answered our call was extemely polite and considerate. We explained our issue and he responded immediately with we wil send you a replacement faucet and hose. He explained the procedure to connect the part. Just a few days later the parts arrived and easily connected in minutes. Really great product and service. We will look for Compass Manufacturing Inernational on any new items we might need. I needed a replacement cartridge for a faucet I purchased in 2014. I was connected with Jason, who informed me that while the faucet is no longer in production, the cartridge was still available. I received the replacement parts within a week, along with clear instructions and the necessary Allen wrench for disassembly. We purchased a faucet with a side spray nozzle and had a local inspector who didn’t like it. We started having issues with the spray nozzle on our Tuscany kitchen faucet. It progressed to a siren-like whistle when water was on full.
