I needed a replacement stopper for my bathroom sink drain that started to peel. I emailed the company with a copy of my initial receipt and they promptly replied. I received the stopper AND the entire drain a few days later. Thank you for the GREAT customer service!!

My faucet button was stuck on spray and would “screech at me. I called 800 number on the box and the people on the other were great. He said I would get the part in 3 to 5 days and it would be just like changing a light bulb. He was true to his word!

Our bathroom sink drain ball rod tip had rusted and we could no longer control the stopper. I called in and the support person I spoke with was very helpful and promptly shipped a new ball rod, with an entire drain assembly, plus extra hot and cold buttons which we needed because the old ones fell out. I appreciate the friendly interaction and quick shipment of the needed parts.

I called and spoke with Ron that our Tuscany Faucet spray head started leaking at the seam on the bottom of the spray head, he quickly determined which model we had and a replacement was shipped to our home within 5 days at no charge! We are definitely lifetime customers!

I broke the spray head of my Tuscany faucet and called the toll free number mid morning on September 19th to ask if I could buy a replacement head and they sent me a brand new one . Our kitchen faucet has a lifetime warranty. The aerator had broken and we needed a replacement. One phone call later; no hold time; spoke with a tech and was told the part would be shipped out and arrive in 3-5 days. Surprise! We received any entire new faucet head!! Husband unscrewed the old on and put the new one on. Works perfect. Very fast service. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and knowledgeable. The customer service is an example of how all companies should work.

It’s tough to get a perfect score from me, but CMI came close. I contacted them on Monday morning. Because they were busy, I had no choice but to leave them a call back number. Shortly they did call back, I explained what part I needed and they were quick to place the order. At this point I would have given them a five star rating. By Thursday morning I had not received the order. I called and they told me the order had been shipped. Later that day, by regular U.S. mail I received the package. It took me ten minutes to install the new parts. Now, here is my only issue. I was without a kitchen faucet for three and a half days (in the grand scheme of things not such a big deal, until it’s you). I would have gladly paid for overnight shipping, but I failed to ask for it and they did not offer it. I would have given a four and a half star rating, but it was not available.

I purchased a sink faucet in April 2025 and am very happy with it. Last week the stopper assembly no longer worked. I emailed CMI support with the details about the purchase and stopper. I received an email response immediately, and a new stopper assembly in the mail in less than a week. The repair was very simple and my sink faucet and stopper work perfectly. Recently had a problem with the sprayer on my faucet and it quit working suddenly. No water came out at all. I was prepared to go shopping for a new one but found the paperwork and receipt for my current one. I was surprised to see it was still warranty and called the number listed. After a short wait I spoke with a representative and explained the problem. He quickly took the information needed and a new sprayer was on it’s way that morning. Thank you to everyone involved getting the new sprayer so quickly and everything is now working like new again.
