Unbelievable Customer Service

Technical service team got me the replacement parts I needed

I have a Tuscany bridge model kitchen faucet installed at a cabin in Northern Minnesota. We had an episode where pipes froze causing damage this winter. Replacement cartridge

I was very surprised when I was told the cartridge would be shipped no charge. We were told at Menards where we bought the faucet it would take about 2 weeks to get the cartridge. I am so glad I called Compass manufacturing . The gentleman I dealt with was great. Very helpful and friendly.

Excellent customer service

Called for warranty replacement parts for a 2 year old item and had the most hassle free experience ever getting an item replaced or parts to repair. Phone conversion lasted 5 minutes and the item was delivered to my door within 4 days. Great 👍 job to all involved.

Tuscany faucet parts

Called Menard’s, was directed to CMI. Did not have receipt but found tag on faucet mounting washer with part identification numbers. Called CMI and was greatly pleased with the handling of request for replacement parts at no charge. A rare “no hassle” experience. Parts received on time as promised. Excellent customer service.
