Needed a faucet head replacement for our kitchen sink. Faucet was only a few years old and the head was not operating properly. Customer service ordered the replacement parts quickly no questions asked.

After 5 tears our laundry faucet was not working. We phoned Compass Manufaturing International. The guy who answered our call was extemely polite and considerate. We explained our issue and he responded immediately with we wil send you a replacement faucet and hose. He explained the procedure to connect the part. Just a few days later the parts arrived and easily connected in minutes. Really great product and service. We will look for Compass Manufacturing Inernational on any new items we might need. Just really great service and products.

I needed a replacement cartridge for a faucet I purchased in 2014. I was connected with Jason, who informed me that while the faucet is no longer in production, the cartridge was still available. I received the replacement parts within a week, along with clear instructions and the necessary Allen wrench for disassembly. After a few years, my pulldown kitchen faucet failed. I contacted customer service to order a replacement. It was quick and easy, dealing with the customer service rep.

We purchased a faucet with a side spray nozzle and had a local inspector who didn’t like it. In email correspondence with Jason Lopez of CMI we arrived at a great solution and Jason was quick to reply every time I had a question. He shipped a small part out to me quickly and my problem with the local inspector has been “put to bed”! Jason is a great representative and everything a customer service representative should be!
