Super Customer Service
We started having issues with the spray nozzle on our Tuscany kitchen faucet. It progressed to a siren-like whistle when water was on full. Jason Lopez promptly assisted and sent us a new nozzle for our faucet, very few questions asked! So great working with a company that cares about customers! Great Service By Ron & Jason
About a month ago, Ron was spot-on with the info I needed to procure for him to determine the exact part I needed for a 10+ year old faucet. Jason was quick to ship out the part. Our faucet is now good as new for NO CHARGE. Great work!

I bought a Tuscany bathroom sink faucet from Menards, and ,and had a question about the faucet. I spoke with a Jason and he was really polite and helpful. The customer service was amazing.

Great bathroom faucet
In 2023, we remodeled our Master Bath from ceiling to floor, including a new vanity with a Model No. 6736311 Navassa faucet. We love this faucet as it’s easy to operate, clean and looks great in our bathroom. The installation was flawless and took vey little time. We have received many compliments from family and the few friends we allow back in the Master Bathroom. Of course, they ask where it was purchased and the price. Our response is easy – we bought it at Menard’s and, yes, the price was within our budget and looks great in our room. Our only goof was loosing the installation guide and the aerator wrench. I contacted CMI customer service April 22, 2025 and Jason responded to say that he sent out the wrench and two backup aerators for the faucet as we haven’t replaced the aerators since installation. Jason was awesome!
